At the request of Neo-China Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares and convertible bonds (stock code: 2528) will be 
suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (21/12/2006) pending issue of 
announcement regarding a proposed Very Substantial Acquisition and 
Connection Transaction by the Company.
